The rooms are warmly decorated with a beach theme, and cleanliness throughout the hotel is commendable. Staff consistently provide friendly and helpful service, enhancing the relaxed atmosphere. The location is handy, being close to a tram stop and within walking distance to the canal. parking fees add a bit of inconvenience, and I found it slightly noisy due to the proximity to the tram. a nice place with good vibes and decent accommodations.

Really nice new hotel in a good location.
The service was incredibly slow at the bar and front desk. It was clear they were under-staffed, which led to frustrating waiting times. The parking procedure was a mess and inconvenient, requiring unnecessary effort just to park my car.

My stay in the Bed in 8-Bed Mixed Dormitory Room was absolutely memorable! The shared kitchen provided a fantastic space for socializing, and I loved the privacy offered by the curtains on the beds. Plus, the employees were incredibly supportive, ready to assist with any queries!

this hotel is super modern and gives off such a chill vibe. the rooms are really nice and clean, and i loved that the family room had a double bed plus some bunk beds for the kids, which was perfect for us. the staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. also, the pizza from the restaurant downstairs was amazin and had fair prices. it's pretty close to the port and a nice walk to the city center too.

We had an amazing stay! The bunk beds were perfect for the kids, offering privacy and extra space. Dinner at the pizza restaurant was delicious, but breakfast pricing could be improved.

The family room was pretty cool! It had a double bed plus bunk beds for the kids, which was perfect for us. The room was clean and modern, and you could tell everything was new. Loved that the reception area was bright and sunny! Definitely made our stay feel more upbeat. Only downside, though, was the noise from the tram outside. it could be a bit disruptive at times.
