The rooms are warmly decorated with a beach theme, and cleanliness throughout the hotel is commendable. Staff consistently provide friendly and helpful service. The location is handy, being close to a tram stop and within walking distance to the canal. Parking fees add a bit of inconvenience, and I found it slightly noisy due to the proximity to the tram. A nice place with good vibes and decent accommodations.

Stayed here before now and would return there. Enjoyed our clean rooms, plus the staff was amicable. The location was good, in the middle of jackson and overlooking river. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Sidelines Bar.

Really nice new hotel in a good location.

The service was slow at the bar and front desk. It was clear they were under-staffed, which led to frustrating waiting times. The parking procedure was a mess and inconvenient, requiring unnecessary effort just to park my car.

The room we had included a balcony area and a writing table.

This hotel is super modern and gives off such a chill vibe. The rooms are really nice and clean, and i loved that the family room had a double bed plus some bunk beds for the kids, perfect for us. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pizza from the restaurant downstairs was amazin and had fair prices. It's pretty close to the port and a nice walk to the city center too.

The family room was pretty cool! It had a double bed plus bunk beds for the kids, perfect for us. The room was clean and modern, and you could tell everything was new. Loved that the reception area was bright and sunny! Definitely. Only downside, though, was the noise from the tram outside. It could be a bit disruptive at times.
